Engr. Felixberto A. Dolot III, Sales & Marketing Head of the Electronics Product Development Center (EPDC), was invited as a resource speaker last March 9, Saturday, at the University of Makati on the first Robotics and Automation Summit 2019 with the theme “Innovation Towards a Smarter World through the Fourth Industrial ROBOlution”. He discussed Electronics Product Prototyping and Electromagnetic Compatibility testing, two of the main services offered by EPDC. This event was held at the University’s Mini-Theater, in celebration of its Foundation Anniversary and College of Computer Studies Week. The event was sponsored by UBTECH and ERevoutika.
The event was participated by the faculty members, industry practitioners, and students (Elementary, Senior High School (STEM Strand), IT and Engineering) from different schools. Part of the celebration was a Robot Exhibit, Robotic Booth Camp, and Seminars conducted by ERovoutika, UBTech, RoboRave Philippines, EPDC and their partners.
Workshops were also provided with hands-on access during the afternoon session. Moreover, participants gained access to new and exciting concepts in robotics. They were provided lectures on how to put ideas in motion. Robots were displayed on the lobby for exhibit and experiential learning.
