The Electronics Product Development Center (EPDC) was invited to take part in Colegio de Muntinlupa’s (CDM) First Founding Anniversary held last March 20. Engr. Felixberto A. Dolot III of EPDC discussed the Trends and Issues in Technology particularly about Electronics and Computer Engineering. His topics include Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning, Smart City, Autonomous Cars, Internet of Things (IoT), 5G Connectivity, Quantum Computing, Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality (AR, VR, MR) and Additive Manufacturing. The EPDC facility is helping the country build a community of design engineers so that the Philippines can move up the value chain. With EPDC, the Philippines can now design, fabricate, manufacture and test its own products.

The event started with an opening remark from Dr. Teresita Fortuna, CDM Acting President, followed by an inspirational message from the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mayor Jaime R.
